Internet Agent
Internet Agent is a program that activates the Remote View service for effecting unsupervised remote assistance via the Internet.
When a Internet Agent software is installed on a PC or a server, the operator can take the control using a Liveoperator connection and the Remote View functionality.
The operator connects to the service via LiveOperator program and activates the remote assistance session. All the PC resources are available remotely including monitor, keyboard and mouse, files and network applications that can be normally used from a remote PC.
Internet Agent also allows files to be transferred to and from a remote PC and can also reboot the PC since it is automatically activated when the operating system starts up. In this way, the user can install programs and perform maintenance without requiring personnel support for subsequent reconnecting.
