LiveOperator
LiveOperator is the operator interface for all Livecare Support functions.
It's a Windows program that is installed on the operator's PC or on a personal USB memory key.
The operator executes the program and connects to Livecare Servers. When a customer calls to ask for support:
- Operator generates a new session code. The session code is a 6 digit number.
- Tells it to the customer showing him how to use it (open www.livecare.it and put the code in the appropriate input box)
- Customer starts a Chat session with the operator and begins support.
The right tool to assist your customers
The operator manages the help desk session providing :
- Support: Remote assistance, file transfer
- Information: Remote Demo and document pushing of public documents (CallFlow)
- Synchronous communication: text chat, Audio IP, Video IP, Skype, Mail
Integrated CRM
LiveOperator can be used with Contact Manager,
the Livecare Trouble Ticketing system.
When a customer chat session starts, LiveOperator automatically opens the customer detail to let you see the information
you stored in the Contact Manager user database.
A new ticket may be created, closed or reopened depending on the what the problem requires.
An administrator may monitor the operator's activity and the customer requests.
