Livecare Remote Assistance is easy to use and lets your customers connect to your operators in a few seconds. Using a web browser, the customer opens a web site, enters a session code previously created by the operator, a chat window opens and customer and operator are connected.
The operator is able to see the customer desktop, start applications, transfer files and even engage an Audio/Video session in necessary.
